Hi my name is Lucy and I am finishing up the MEPAP 1. I have been working as a fitness instructor for over 7 years. For the last 4 years, I have been teaching in an Active Adult Community, 55+ and have really enjoyed it. I started taking the courses to eventually become a Certified Activities Director. I also volunteer at a Nursing home that is close to this community. I have been able to learn a lot from the Lifestyle Director in my community and the Activities Director of the Nursing home. I look forward to learning from this forum as well, and didn't know that there were so many other Activity Directors out there!!
