Hello, my name is Ashley and I"m an activity assistant at a nursing home. I am finishing my MEPAP I course soon. I was wondering what is the best way to introduce myself as a new Activity Director? I know I will have new ideas for the residents and I want them to feel that I am here to serve them in the best way possible. How do I make them feel at ease with a new director?
