We have a calander printed with all daily activities and times, each month i do the calander and print it large enough for them to see in the lobby. they get to see upcoming events, and residnts/empoyees birthday as well. i also print the normal size calander for thier room and hang it where they can usually see. I do announce each activity to remind all residesnts of daily activity.
