Hello my name is Amy. I am in the last weeks of MEPAP1. It has been a lot of work, but it will be so worth it someday. I work in a long term care facility as a CENA. I have been there seven years and I work in the activity department. My dream one day is to become an activity director. I am looking forward to that day! I have seen two horrible directors and it hurts to see the residents suffer. The one we have now is strictly there for a pay check. Our department is a disaster and the other managers look down on us because of this. I love to knit, quilt, bake, and read. I used to do home health care also, for five years. I have been married for 22 years and have a beautiful daughter who will be 20 in less than a month. We have two cats, Gloria Jean and Daisy Victoria.
