    Since on the initial activity plan the Quality of Life Director has spent maybe 20 minutes with the resident. I work in a long term care/rehab facility and find it difficult to write alot of information. What do other Director's do in the LTC setting? Must meet states requirements and I want to do it right. I am in Florida. Please advise. Thank you pbtag13

    how do you all get the staff involved in dressing up the residents' for Halloween? nothing scary but fun.

    I work in a long term facility and we have issues of residents falling mostly during shift changes and first dining. The resident's at risk are most with the most severe diseases, MS, Huntington's disease, progressive dementia. Any ideas/programs for this group of individuals? Any suggestions are appreciated.

    I work in a nursing home and am starting a tea party program once a month. What type of discussions or games do other nursing home AD play? I have the tea and cookies ready but would like to share ideas. Thanks for any ideas. Patty pbtag1@gmail.com
