    I don't feel like I have much to say to all those great resources and suggestions!!     Hello, everyone! My name is Kristin and I have just recently started in the Activity Director role at a VERY small (6 beds) in-home care facility. I am very worried because some of the things we have been asked for, like our facility's mission statement or my job description are not available because the center is so new an so small. I feel quite certain I will learn a lot from y'all and the course!!
