    I try to have the staff stand behind a partician. They have to show one body part at a time. Like a hand or shoe or pants or dress. This allows the resxident to get to know the staff in their home. It also allows us to know how well they feel around certain people. It can also be a cognitive game.

    I worry about the fact that we have 24 hours to complete the first assessment. I do not work 7 days a week.

    I worry that if we tell them or even give them a carbon copy that we could stand a chance of a tag due to the fact that write their preference in the careplan, but it is not honored. Would that be activities tag?
