Hello, I'm Trish and I just got things set up today on the forum.. am looking forward to sharing ideas with others who share my passion. A little about me, I picked up the reigns of AD in November of '09, I started out as an assistant SSD and completed the AD certification when I completed my SSD certification, so I am in the very rookie stages of being an AD. I am hopeful to gain knowlage and ideas from those of you that have been doing this for longer than I have. We are currently averaging between 75 and 80 residents at this time, I am the only activities staff (it has dwindled down from 2 full time and a part time). We have a mixture of ltc residents, short term stay rehab, and Alzheimer patients. I look forward to getting to know everyone and sharing Ideas... Trish
