Hey Fellow ADs!!!!! My name is Lisa LaPlante. I've succesfully completed the MEPAP 1 and 2 through Activity Directors Network and am scheduled to take my certification test in August. The current AD at my facility is retiring in two weeks and I will be filling the position!!! Currently I am the Medical Records Manager and Central Supply. The Administrator put me on there to get my feet in the door. I'm gonna need all your help in the new upcoming AD position, however. What are all doing for Easter?? Hope to chat with you all soon!! Hello to all .NET Forum Participants - and my fellow classmates from MEPAP1-050410!!! My name is Lisa, I currrently volunteer 20 hrs/week at The Laurenwood Nursing and Rehab in Duncanville TX. As my grandmother has been a resident for some years, I began volunteering in activities. I fell in love with the residents and the profession and made it my goal to become a certified Activity Director. My current AD is soon to retire, so I plan on remaining at my current facility - The Maintenance Supervisor is my husband !!! I look forward to this resource both now and in the years to come!
