cgbrown1977 0 Report Share Posted April 20, 2015 Hi.... Can anyone help me out with what questions I should ask when interviewing the ombudsman on resident rights?
mmetcalf 1 Report Share Posted April 22, 2015 Some questions you can ask is how they got started in advocating for residents- how they define Quality Of Life-and how they have seen residents rights improve during their career... hope that helps

ChrissyBrockway 1 Report Share Posted April 25, 2015 Ask them what their idea of a perfect living situation for a resident in long term care would look like. Ask them how best to handle situations where you may need to encourage a resident to exercise their rights. Ask them how you can best advocate for your residents rights. Hope these help! -Chrissy
