pbtag13 0 Report Share Posted December 10, 2013 Since on the initial activity plan the Quality of Life Director has spent maybe 20 minutes with the resident. I work in a long term care/rehab facility and find it difficult to write alot of information. What do other Director's do in the LTC setting? Must meet states requirements and I want to do it right.
