Antoinette McConnell volunteered and I know that a couple of you might be able to help as well. We need to find specific contacts and people who are not in the activities profession, but need to know about the activities profession. The movers and shakers of long term care. If you can find some and list their names, addresses, e-mails, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts…anything online that you can find that would be awesome! NCCAP would like to reach out and educate the health care community about Activity Professionals. When I refer to long term care, I mean the entire milieu, skilled, assisted living, adult day health, swing beds, short term rehab, home health, hospice the whole realm of long term care. Task # 4: Research and develop lists of contacts that NCCAP can interact with on a professional level and include in mailings and provide information to concerning the need to hire NCCAP certified individuals. To include, but not be limited to specific contacts, names, e-mails, twitter accounts, Facebook and other social networking. I have developed some categories and when you find them let me know!
