hritch 0 Report Share Posted July 6, 2011 I am new to this board and came looking for ideas, connections, and advice. At the end of this fiscal year, my budget was cut, and so was the time of my only assistant. I am full time and have one assistant one day a week. We have 85 residents, most of whom have a mental health illness or disability diagnosis or both. I do all care plans for them and document their attendance, as well as do a majority of their activities. In pennsylvania we are considered personal care which is similar to assisted living.
