mandymo 0 Report Share Posted July 12, 2007 Hi all. A resident's family member approached me yesterday is search of ideas for a necklace for her mother who has Alzheimers. The resident has gone through several stings of beads, which she pulled and and broke, sending the beads flying. I'm at a bit of a loss here, as my fear would be choking/strangulation if the necklace was either (1) too short or (2) too long. Would a pendant on a chain work? Any suggestions? Oh- and she wants it to be under $30. And one more thing, this daughter is THE MOST DIFFICULT FAMILY MEMBER MY FACILITY HAS EVER DEALT WITH!! So I have to really use perfect judgement on this one! Thanks!
