We are seeking three Resident Program/Activities Directors to plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the activity programs that enhance the physical, social, recreational, spiritual, and intellectual needs of the residents for Woodside Village in Bedford, OH, the Ten Oaks community in Lawton, OK and The Park at Trowbridge in Southfield, MI.

 

You will be responsible for the creation and design of the monthly activity calendar and newsletter as well as invitations, announcements and postings to attract residents to participate in the events.

 

You will be offered the challenge to organize, implement, and evaluate activities specifically appropriate for senior residents, including activities that enhance physical, social, recreational, spiritual, and the intellectual needs of the residents well being.

 

This position requires a highly organized and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and has successful experience motivating the residents to participate in the activities. Candidate must work well independently, meeting time restrictions and deadlines. Previous experience in health and social services field a plus. Certification is not required but encouraged. We are looking for talented professionals who like to participate in the activities they plan and have an energetic, participative, and enthusiastic style.
