Guest Guest_Chet Report Share Posted December 7, 2005 I would like to have a spa day at our facility. I am not sure about what type of facial product would be best for the residents. Has anyone tried this before? What did you use? :-) Thanks, Chet :pint:
Kinlock 0 Report Share Posted December 12, 2005 Hi There, I am an Independent Beauty Consulatant with Mary Kay cosmetics. I would suggest that you use our products. A consultant in your area would be delighted to go to your facility and conduct a pampering session with your residents. If you're in SC, I would do it for you. Visit my website at www.marykay.com/akinlock Did I mention that it's complimentary? Indeed it is, always. Let me know what you decide. sarahlovesav 0 Report Share Posted December 27, 2005 I agree, I USED to do MK and do not anymore, but I am having a girlfriend of mine hold a MK class for my residents in January. Kinda like a "new year, new you" type of thing;)
Guest m.smith Report Share Posted December 27, 2005 We have had several spa days at our facility. We actually have our local Vo-Tech students come in the set the ladies hair too. Also we have Mary Kay consultants come in and do facials. We also do nails as well. We tried to get the nurse's aide involved too. If they brought a resident done to Spa Day they were permitted to have a facial too. This activity brings a lot of smiles to the ladies and as well as the men. Our men enjoy watching the ladies getting beautified!!!
