My name is Evan Plys. I am a graduate student working on my doctorate degree at University of Colorado Colorado Springs. I am currently conducting a study on psychological factors surrounding activities. As part of this research I am looking to compile information on the frequency of activities offered in Assisted Living facilities across the country. I have attached my contact information below.
