Hi All. Thanks for having this Forum! Anyways My Name is Cass. I'm 32 yr old and I'm from California. I've worked in a SNF from 1999 to 2008 but been certified since 2003. So Ive been out of the "loop" for quite a while. I joined this forum in search of refernce and support from fellow ADs. What are the new trends,games, activites, changes in title 22, and MDS's or what have you. Any help will be great. I am currently an AD candidate for a facility here in California and hopeing to get my feet "wet" again and wow my future employers. Cheers and thank you for having me inthe forum!

Hello, my name is Jennifer. I am currently taking a MEPAPI course online. I have been working in activities for over 3 years in NJ. I have just been offered a director position and look forward to the new adventure. Currently my challenge will be getting used to new management. Our facility was just bought and will go from a county run facility to a private run facility. Has anyone ever had to go through a similar situation?
