hello everyone! i'm a certified activities/dementia diirector. i've worked in ltc and assisted living and have been director of an alzheimers unit up until this past june. i left my job, took the summer off and as of today landed a program director job at an adult day health center. most of the clients are memory impaired but its a definite change of pace for me but i wanted to expand my experience. so as part of my "starting out fresh" in a new environment i decided to sign on to this site as a member. i have a lot of great ideas to share and i also hope to network for support. I start the new job in 2 weeks so im taking time to reorganize my resources and thoughts of what my plan will be in my new postion. :-) with smiles, anniejrc
