Hello all my name is Cari Keegan and I am the Executive Director of Summer's landing a 24 Bed Assisted Living Community in Atlanta Georgia and I am having a difficult time finding a qualified Activities Director for my community! I have advertised and interviewed some canidates but out of 50 resumes only 2 had expirence and I did feel a connection with either of these canidates as a fit for this community. Any suggestions as where I should look or advertise for the right person would be of great assistance to me! The position is full time and pays $26,000.00 a year to start. Thank you!
