Magichat

Hi...My name is Tina and I am the Activity Director for two facilities, one assisted living and one SNF, SRC and ICF. The buildings are joined which makes it a little easier. We have a budget of about $600 a month for entertainers and supplies. I have a staff of four full time aides. Never enough people or money though. I haven't been there long but am planning some fundraisers for the Resident Fund. We are having a large craft/rummage sale this fall where I'm hoping to raise between 2-3K. I'm also doing a Resident Cookbook for Christmas, so hopefully that'll bring some money in as well. Always looking for new ideas!!
