Hello all, My name is Chris and I just recently got a job as the activity coordinator for an assisted living facility. Here is the thing, I have no real idea what I am doing. I have a degree in aviation sciences, which is very not practical for this career field. Though i have no experience or training I do feel a have tons of motivation and the personality required to do this job well. I joined this forum in hopes of maybe drawing on some of the experience of the people here. So, if it is ok with you guys, expect a lot of questions to come from me. Chris
