Guest Guest_Alice Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 Hi everyone...I am thinking of moving to the San Diego area and was wondering if anyone could tell me if they knew what the pay for Activity Directors and Assistants was? I am not certified, but I have worked at my current facility for 3 yrs as an Activity Assistant...I help my boss, the Dir., plan and carry out all activities. meowme 0 Report Share Posted October 8, 2005 Hi, I used to live in SD for a while, if you're not certified your wage will vary from $7-8 or 8.5 if you get lucky, however, make sure you stick on your gun to ask for a higher wage, esp if you have an experience. Keep looking around, don't settle for less, there's always an opening everywhere. Good luck!!! SD is beautiful, and have a great cultural diversity!! Where in SD will you be at???
