Baseball Day

Does anybody have any suggestions for a baseball day? We are having a "crosstown" party when the Cubs and Sox play each other in June. I have a bingo, we'll have peanuts and popcorn. I plan on making baseball hats. I have some movies for the month. I have a blow up bat and ball to play a game with as well as a baseball target game. Any other suggestions? I plan on doing things throughout the whole month.

I'm having a Dodger Day I'm turing the Tv room into the Dodger Club house

I contacted the community affairs and ask for poster and Dodger banners to decorate with and T-shirts and Hats for residents to wear. We will watch the game on the big screen Tv and serve Dodger Dogs, bring out the popcorn machine and pop it fresh right their , cotton cany, peanuts and prezzles and beer family members staff are all invited to join us. and yes they sent me everything I needed

from the Los Angeles Dodgers since I could not take them they help me bring the game to them

Hi,

I have not done this but I thought if you could make a game using the bases. Maybe have a list of things that res. look for or a things about the staff lives. Have the bases located at different nurse stations. Res. will have say 5 questions or items to find once they have meet this the 5 then they go to base one and have a nurse sign of on it. Do this for all bases and first one to get home wins.

Maybe you can think of a game better than this it is just off the top of my head. Please share with us what all you did and what did and did not work, as well as why. Hope you have a homerun on this event. P
