jstevens 0 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 The Lifestyle Manger plans, schedules and coordinates lifestyle enriching programs appropriate to the needs and interests of the residents in Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Skilled Nursing, based on the concepts of whole person wellness. The Lifestyle Manager will conduct individual activity assessments and required documentation, work collaboratively with community resources including fitness instructors, independent contractors, sales, marketing, culinary, and dining services for events and programs. Requires one year of leadership/supervisory experience, excellent organizational and communication abilities, computers skills including proficiency in MS Office. In addition, requires a minimum of two year experience working with people with dementia/Alzheimer’s. 4 year college degree, equivalent experience or relevant certification required. Strongest candidates will posses a CTRS and be enthusiastic and resourceful.
