As Lifestyle Manager in our Independent Living building, you will create and implement programs that contribute to whole person wellness through social and community involvement, participatory and spectator events, creative and educational coursework, lecture series, travel clubs, book reviews, fitness classes, etc. for our residents. You manage transportation services, independent contractors, Fitness/Sports Center staff and coordinate with spa/salon center on events. Successful candidates must be enthusiastic and creative with minimum of 3 years experience in program development and 1 year staff management. Experience should include assessing, designing, and implementing vocational, emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual programs for an active senior population. College degree in leisure studies, recreational therapy, gerontology, wellness, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office.
