Also,I always worked in LTC and am considering an assisted living. Is it very different as far as required paperwork,MDS's,etc>? THANKS! I know you said that you worked in Skilled Care before but do you have any interest in Independent Living? The Lifestyle Director is an event planner, cheerleader, organizer of resident clubs, networker for entertainers, museum trips. etc. It is a cabinet level managment position.
