Pisces -3

Aquarius - 1

- if you are a pisces or aquarius just write a note- it only allows 10 choices

I don't live my life through the following of the zodiac signs, but I do find some truth to the descriptions of most of the people that I know that fall under each sign.

So I was wondering what the percentage of AD's are what sign. I feel like there is a few kinds of personality types that are great for AD's so I wanted to see if this poll will have some telling results!

I am a pisces

Ok I voted & am Cancer, of the 4 that have voted so far we are all a different sign. More voters needed to prove this theory folks. Pennie

Exactly, silly is right! I personally enjoy having fun and marching to the beat of my own drummer! I would hope that most of the AD's out there have an ounce of silly or LTC would be a boring place!

I sure didn't mean to offend the guest who hopes most of us AD's have an ounce of silliness. I love my job and feel I have really found my niche in this field, yes I can be silly too. Guess I just don't put much thought into this kind of thing. I'm an Aquarius by the way.

 I think it is great that you are having fun. Who better to have fun with, than a group of activity directors anyway. Hopefully are being silly, compassionate, and caring is the reason we will do well at our jobs. If we can't have fun with each other, how can we be fun for our residents. Keep up the good work, and always have fun. I am a Leo. Edited by AmieLasalle

Thank you for correcting the information that was released. I recently took the test for certification with NAAPCC and it was a very comprehensive and thorough test. It was not a simple easy test to get you certified. You had to know the information in order to complete and pass. I would recommend this avenue to anyone especially if finances are a struggle for MEPAP I & II. I did purchase the book for long-term care seventh edition and without that I would have struggled.

Celeste is awesome!! Anytime i have a question she gets right back with me and she is very informative. At first I didn't know if i was going to like the new course just for the fact my MEPAP course was the own pace and I work Full time plus have 3 kids. But i am loving it! It is very structured and with due dates I feel like i am holding myself more accountable for completed assignments sooner than later. It has actually been a beneficial change for me.. Thanks so much!!!

Good Evening I wanted to let you know that I had completed mepap 1 and had only a couple weeks left of mepap 2 so I had looked at path 2 and have taken the activities test and passed so just sending in the application. I wanted to thank you for giving all your time to us even while Kathy was ill. It didn't go unnoticed, you was a great support and helpful at ideas or even different ways of changing thoughts to positive while feeling defeated. Thank You Stacey Passa AP-BC
