Hi Dee, Sorry I am unable to email on here for some reason. I can post a response. Try not only here at Activitydirector.net but check out the local ALF/SNF's in the area. Some have their own websites and you can apply directly to them. There are lot of ALF's/SNF's in the area but try Delray Beach,Boca Raton, Greenacres, Lake Worth and West Palm Beach. Homewood is local (just off the top of my head here), plus Manor Care (one of the biggest that I am aware of) also has them local and surrouding areas. There are private ALF's so you have to do a Google search to find them. Some do not have a website so you can either call or visit them. Hope you find something. Good Luck, Patricia

I am seeking a temporary position or fill in as an Activity Assistant. I am willing to fill in for sick days, vacation days or when extra help is needed. Also, willing to do a short term temp position. I have experience in both SNF and ALF as an AA. Have done assessments in SNF, also a receptionist in both SNF's and ALF's. I am not a CNA. Live in West Palm Beach,Florida close to Boynton Beach,Delray Beach and surrounding areas. I love my own time so that is why I am seeking temp work etc. Last minute calls are ok, if I am available I would gladly work. Have scrubs will travel. Thank you. Hi Everyone, I am an oldie revisiting the field of activities once again. I've done this at least 3 times already. I really got burnt out a little over a year ago and went into a totally different field. I am a property manager but I'm not sure that is what I want to do right now. I love working in SNF's and ALF's in any capacity. I was an AA,receptionist etc. Hi to Pennie, Gina, Chris etc. I don't recall what my name was back then when this website first started but I had the Betty Boop picture next to my name.
