does anyone know what are or where could i find a list of salary scales for structures engineers compposites of aircraft, from degree to PHd level

I suggest that the fastest way you might get a raise is to partner with the marketing department to come up with marketing strategies that will pull in new clients/residents. If you are a good speaker, you and marketing can create community events to draw in news blurbs, highlights, etc. Some areas might be publishing wellness lectures in the local free papers, running and advertising a support group (i.e. dementia caregivers or parkinson's support) as well as any human interest stories that the local news could cover on novel activities or residents with good stories.

The administration loves any enhancement to the bottom line!
