Does anyone's home utilize the universal (or versatile) workers? How's it working for you as an Activity professional? How has it impacted activities? How long has your home used these particular workers? Are any in the Activity department? Do you have any suggestion/tips/advice? Thanks!

I have worked in other facilities that have done this and have found that act. staff who are trained as STNA's get pulled to the floor and out of act. more to cover as aides. It makes it hard to justify proper documentation in act. programs.
