In my Nursing Home in Canada ...We are now developing the Quality of Service Program ....Where we do Audits of Activities .....The old audits that I use to do no longer serve my clientelle ...The residents do not remember the activites that they have done yesterday etc ...... Does anyone have any audits that I can look at.....
Or do you know any where I can purchase help in setting up such audits....

community service is like doing service for the community and they give you a letter showing that youve done work for the community that you can show off to your friends/colleges/teachers, etc
