I am starting a new position as a Activitiy/Recreation Consultant for my company. I will have 144 buildings and I will be traveling Monday-Friday to the buildings that need me. I was just wondering since this is my first consultanting position, what type of pay this position holds?? Can anyone help me out?

When I do independent consulting, I charge $45 - $50 per hour. I'm not sure what a full time position would offer. Good luck to you! Can you tell me what company you work for? There are so many companies that have eliminated f/t consultant positions - you are quite fortunate!

Where do you both work? I would love to that. I have a recreation therapy degree and many years of experience and am wondering how do you get started in that field?

You can become Activity Consultant, Certified, through NCCAP. They have a website that tells you what is required. Just look it up through google.com
